Fastener Coating 857G-018

Designed for applications where anti-galling, anti-corrosion, and dry lube performance are vital, such as Subsea Applications, chemical processing, or water treatment. This blue, water-based PTFE one-coat cures at 450f/230c and will provide an in use temp of up to 400f/205c. For better corrosion resistance, a phosphate pretreatment is recommended.

“The Green Monster” 958G-414

It’s a Dark Green, Extra Abrasion resistant, PTFE one coat. This coating has a relatively low cure temperature- approx 425f/220c, and will provide you an in use temps rating of 395f/200c, with great durability. This solvent-based coating is filled, which gives it added durability without sacrificing much of the low coefficient of friction qualities of PTFE. Additionally, what separates this coating from other PTFE one coats is that you can build it up to 4 mils in dry film thickness. Applicators in the automotive industry (consumer and High Performance) have found this coating to be a difference maker. We are just beginning to scratch the surface as to where this coating can serve the performance coating industry.
